The Wealshire and The Ponds Life Care Community becomes a Lake County Senior Partner

The Wealshire and The Ponds Life Care Community is proud to be a 2008 Lake County Senior Partner in support of The Catholic Charities Meals on Wheels Program. Catholic Charities is the largest provider of services to seniors in Lake County and we are very pleased to support their marvelous efforts.

This year Catholic Charities will honor the countless number of volunteers who serve as drivers throughout the Lake County region at their Meals on Wheels Dinner Dance. As a Senior Partner, we will play a small, but enthusiastic part in helping to continue the fine work done by this 90-year old organization including counseling, transportation, in-home support services and elder abuse investigation. Indeed, over 15,000 elderly individuals reap the benefits each year from Catholic Charities, no matter what their religion.

The Meals on Wheels Dinner Dance will be held March 1, 2008 at Maravela's Banquets in Fox Lake.
