For the Ultimate in Luxury Living: The Ponds Premiere Assisted Living offers 24 hour nursing oversight and a full range of professionally managed activities in a deluxe and safe environment.

Luxurious amenities include a fitness center, indoor pool, 60-seat wide screen media center, and the finest in high end apartment materials such as granite countertops and deep cherry wood cabinetry.

Additional charges: Beauty and barber shop, spa treatments, massage therapy, special outings, pets, room service, and guest meals. A second person charge of $550 per month applies in one and two-bedroom apartments. Furnished apartments are available upon request.

Certification: The Ponds is certified as a sheltered care facility by the State of Illinois

Residency Agreement: Based on a 12-month lease

Insurance: Qualifying Provider for most long-term care insurance providers

Level Two is designed for individuals who require 24 hour nursing oversight and some hands-on assistance, but who are still actively participating both physically and cognitively in their daily living care.

Level Three: The Ponds Plus...
Assisted Living Never Felt so Good

Level Three offers expanded services for those individuals who have more extensive nursing needs but who remain actively involved in socialization groups and who desire participatory opportunities throughout the day and evening.

The Ponds Plus: The Ponds Plus offers the comfort of living at The Ponds with extra care for those who require additional assistance. Round-the-clock nursing and a person-directed, activity-focused philosophy are but some of the special features offered at The Ponds Plus.

Rates Include: Choice of furnished residential suite, studio, or apartment, three nutritious meals per day prepared to accommodate special dietary needs, snacks, complete laundry service, daily housekeeping and bed-making, weekly religious services, in-room emergency response system, a fitness center, indoor pool, sixty-seat surround sound media center, and hands-on assistance provided for bathing, dressing, incontinence management, and administration of medications

Additional charges: Beauty and barber shop, spa treatments, massage therapy, special outings, newspapers, exceptional care items, incontinence products, guest meals, and Geriatric Care Center physicians (doctor, dentist, podiatrist, etc.)

Certification: The Ponds is certified as a sheltered care facility by the State of Illinois

Residency Agreement: Residency agreement is on a month-to-month basis

Insurance: Accepting private pay and most long-term care insurance policies
